March 2022: Announcing the issuance of the Rhino Bond

Better Finance’s Tenke Zoltani contributed over many years to the origination, structuring and design of this product through both financial and impact advisory. The bond is designed to raise funds to grow the population of endangered black rhinoceros in South Africa and will at last be sold by the World Bank this year. The five-year, 670 million rand ($45 million) security will be the world's first wildlife conservation bond ever. A true win for impact, and species conservation.
