April 2025: Publishing Investor Insights Relevant for Challenging Settings

Better Finance supported he PeaceNexus Foundation and International Alert in a strategic mandate to identify lessons from renewable energy investments in fragile and conflict-affected markets. The findings culminated in the first of its kind report, available here. The work brought together investors deploying capital actively in challenging contexts, for example in the Sahel, across projects in renewable energy, agriculture, mining, and is leading to the development of enhanced due diligence and open source tools to deploy when diligencing, engaging and investing.
